Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including for damaged, defective, incorrect, or used products.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Handmade Products

As every item is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, size, or stitching are a natural part of the crafting process and are not considered defects.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, Silsal Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
